Our Tag Master
Stephen Goldman
Camp Tag Master

A dead ringer to be mistaken for the character of Poe Dameron from the Star Wars saga, Stephen Goldman is an active member of the Barbershop Harmony Society, dedicated to preserving and promoting the art of acapella singing in the barbershop style. As a member of the quartet Wildfire, Stephen helped lead the group to victory as a BHS NextGen Varsity Quartet Champion, showcasing his exceptional vocal talent and dedication to the craft. He is also a member of the mixed quartet Tonal Fusion, the current quartet champs of the Sunshine District in the Barbershop Harmony Society. What's the best part of being in Tonal Fusion? Probably the fact that Stephen gets to share the stage with his lovely and talented wife Raegan!
Beyond performing, Stephen has a deep passion for tag singing, the art of harmonizing short, powerful musical phrases. He loves gathering singers and teaching tags to anyone willing to lend an ear, fostering spontaneous moments of harmony and connection wherever he goes.
With years of experience in quartets and choruses, Stephen has contributed to the barbershop community as a singer, coach, and mentor, helping others refine their craft and develop a deeper appreciation for the genre. His time with Wildfire and Tonal Fusion has further honed his skills in vocal blending, musical interpretation, and stage presence, solidifying his reputation as a committed and passionate barbershopper! Interestingly, Stephen came to learn about barbershop singing from his high school chorus director, our very own Debbie Cleveland!
Whether on stage or behind the scenes, Stephen dedicates himself to fostering camaraderie and musical excellence within the Society. When he's not quarteting, Stephen acts alongside Mr. Tony DeRosa as the assistant director of the Heralds of Harmony barbershop chorus.
